This charming 1956 Meiselman was the childhood home of Cameron Crowe and is situated in the Movie Colony East neighborhood in Central Palm Springs - close to the uptown district of downtown Palm Springs and just a few minute walk from Ruth Hardy Park. A large living room has a comfortable Kreiss sectional sofa, which can seat up to 6 people - with several additional chic lounges. Dining Room seats 8, and has it’s own private south facing patio for lounging.
Kitchen is stocked & functional: features a gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, and also has separate beverage/wine fridge, and second undercounter freezer. Countertops are porcelain: impervious to stains, so maintenance is a breeze.
The exterior pool and spa area feel like an extension of the interior, especially at night (when seductively up-lit), and are fully private. The pool features a Baja shelf for lounging.
