The soothing sound of waves, spectacular view of the bay & Marin Islands and gorgeously decorated home situated on a private beach, is the perfect getaway for a wonderful vacation! It's fully stocked for all your needs and has limited private parking spaces. The scenery will take your breath away and you'll absolutely love how beautiful this home is. Each Master Bedroom has a Master Bathroom and a magnificent view from practically every part of the home.
The home will accommodate a maximum of 4 people, (no children under the age of 12 are allowed, as this home is not suitable for children - please, no exceptions). No sleeping on the furniture or floor. Only guests who have booked the home will be allowed at the property. There is Bay access from the home, however, the lower deck is for use by the Bungalow guests only. Guests of the 2-Bedroom home have a lovely, large private deck off the dining room.
This home is a 2-level structure. There is a Bungalow on the lower level with a completely separate entrance. The Bungalow is a Studio and only occupied by a maximum of 2 guests. It is not shared with the home, completely separate entrances.

If you are looking for a “PARTY HOUSE", unfortunately this property will not suit your needs. While we certainly encourage our guests to enjoy themselves...we must also insist that no one in the area is disturbed by excessive or loud noise, partying, drinking or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes before or after "reasonable hours".
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, (Smoking not allowed anywhere including patios, decks, walkways, stairs, beach area or any part of the property - smokers must go to the sidewalk away from the property).
The Fireplace is decorative only. No BBQ's, Grills, or FIRES of any kind allowed at this property, including on the Bay.

There is no A/C unit in this home, however, stand-up fans are provided.

GARDENERS come on SATURDAYS and arrive anytime between 10am-5pm.
