Located away from the rat race and traffic of the city, the community has a Safeway, Walgreens, Urgent Care, a few restaurants, fast food and pizza. Goodyear and surrounding communities have hundreds of restaurants and every shopping you can imagine within a 15 to 30 minute drive. We are also within 15 minutes of Spring Training, 20 minutes from Phoenix International Raceway and 25 minutes from State Farm Stadium.
Pool is heated during October through April. Pool heating fee of $45 per day is already included in the quoted rates. Should you request to not heat the pool, that fee can be eliminated or refunded.
