Positive: Property is spacious & quiet

Negative: There were a number of maintenance & cleaning issues - lights didn’t work/flickering, TV had a green band across top, fridge not properly cleaned, cobwebs & spiders in window blinds, smoke alarms not fitted. This property is rented out by a real estate company so there isn’t anyone to talk to, just email correspondence. The property felt like someone had started out with good intentions, but whoever took over couldn’t be bothered/trying to save money. Most of our issues had been reported on previous review so disappointing they were not fixed before we got there.
