Positive: This is a really nice apartment to spend time in Paris, close enough to the metro and far enough out to be away from the crowds. The double glazing ensured that the noise from nearby restaurants was blocked out. The apartment itself was v clean and the kitchen well equipped, although kitchen/lounge area was compact. We only actually used a couple of mugs and glasses as well as the kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. This apartment is on the 4th floor, it is an old building and there is no elevator. Communal areas were also v clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and soap bars provided. There were fans in both bedrooms which were useful to circulate the airb in possibly the hottest 3 days of the year, these looked to be fairly newly installed. Air con would have been a bonus but we survived.

Negative: There was nothing really we didn't like about the apartment itself. When we stripped the bed, the mattress protector had some small stains on it, so obviously hasn't been washed recently. I have also read several poor reviews for the company who own the property regarding deposit refunds so will wait and see what happens with that. The listing says deposit returned in 14 days. Presume the same company owns the whole building because as we left all the other apartments appeared to being vacated. Everyone was reviewing checkout instructions and appeared to be struggling to comply with sending a photo of the keys left to the company. I emailed mine and received a reply confirming receipt.
