- Out of respect to our neighbors we do NOT allow any parties and any noise louder than a normal conversation or working TV. Any amplified sound is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We have a small Bluetooth speaker available that you can connect to your phone.
- We have neighbors close to us on both sides. The light from the kitchen, dining and living rooms beams into our neighbor's bedroom, so we ask our guests to keep the blinds on the northern side of our house down at all times. We also ask you to turn off the lights when not in use.
We love all things organic, and are happy to stock the house with organic options for coffee, soap, shampoo and dish liquid with organic alternatives. Please let us know if that's something that makes a difference for you. If we are in town and are able to accommodate your request, we will be happy to do so.
We a short walk to downtown and only about 1.5 mile away from campus. Three blocks away from Davis Co-Op. Walking distance to farmer's market on Saturday morning. You can't find a better location.
This listing is for a 3 bdrm/3bath house that comfortably sleeps 12 and may sleep up to 14. There is another private and separate apartment on the lot that may sleep up to 4 people. Please check "Carriage House" listing for availability. So, potentially, up to 18 people total.
Beds configuration:
Master bdrm - queen + sitting sofa that also works as a foldout bed. May accommodate a child or a small adult. By request only, there is space for another Queen Aerobed, so potentially 5 people in the master bdrm.
2nd bdrm - queen
3rd bdrm - family trundle bunk bed. 2 twins + queen.
Semi-private living room: futon (sleeps 2 small or one big person) + Queen size Sleeper Sofa. Brand new with memory foam mattress, so comfort is not an issue.
Semi private office space between garage and laundry room: high quality Queen size air bed on a foundation. Very comfy. Available upon request only.
If need be, an additional Queen Aerobed could be placed in the living room next to the fireplace.
Our home caters to those who enjoy comfort and value quality experience.
Still, our base price is set intentionally low so that a small group can enjoy the comfort and the luxury of our home at an affordable rate. Please understand that there is an extra fee for each additional overnight guest.
We also understand that sometimes you may have day guests which we are happy to allow on a case by case basis. Please let us know in advance if you are planning on having any day guests.
We often stay at the apartment next door and we have an outside camera that may monitor the traffic to the house. Please help us avoid uncomfortable situations by registering every overnight guest in your party.
