Summary: Staff member was very arrogant and at 1st refused to take my debit card and said it needed to be a credit card. But the main issue is with yourself by not showing the extra parking charges on the main list, also the need for a credit card should be shown on the main booking section as well. Going back to the receptionist, he said I would have 5 mins to unload my car or it would be towed away if I didn't pay. As for the room, that was acceptable and no more but the main issue is the noise all night, the building must be built with very thin bricks as the traffic noise and general outside noise was so load. Also the location is a drug den paradise, which isn't safe whatsoever.
