Because this is a circumstance that is beyond our control, no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free-use facilities remain closed during the time of our Guest's stay. Situated at one of the very best locations in the desirable Snowline neighborhood, you can literally watch your children from both the front deck and the living/dining area in this beautifully hand crafted 2-story, 3+ bedroom, 1 ¾-bath log home. The first floor features an open floor plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area complete with a marble inlaid island cook station/breakfast bar, plus full sized appliances including a dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The dining area includes a very large table…perfect for family board games, puzzles, and great conversation, and the living area features a very comfy sofa, upholstered chairs, and a freestanding gas fireplace. You'll also discover a very nicely done ¾-bath, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and a second bedroom with 1-set of standard sized bunk beds. Just outside the side door you'll find an outdoor gas grill, and just outside the front door you'll discover a very nice front deck with an adjoining private outdoor HOT TUB! Ascending the living room stairs to the second floor reveals a an open loft family room with a large flat screen monitor and Blu-Ray player, 1-set of queen sized bunk beds, and a walk-out balcony, plus a very large master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a walk-in closet and a laundry area with a full sized washer/dryer, plus a deluxe en-suite master bathroom with a large soaker tub, and a separate shower. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! HOT TUB / NON SMOKING / WI-FI / NO PETS Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while the property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and reserve accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
