Positive: Nice area. Close to town. Walking trails.

Negative: The unit was a little rough. Needs drywall work done and paint. Cobwebs in corners as well as light fixtures and chandelier. Had to clean them myself. Bugs in the windowsills. Black electrical tape on the floor to cover carpet seams where it meets the tile. Very tacky and ugly. Tape was in the dining area/kitchen and in both bathrooms. Soap holder in shower all taped off and covered. It was weird. Smoke alarms going off(chirping) when we got there. So annoying. Needed new batteries. Tried calling and emailing our contact person the first day of our stay, Kelli, but she never replied or called back so we had to handle ourselves. Both toilet plungers broken. Had issue in guest bathroom. No window screens so we couldn’t open the windows unless we wanted mosquitoes to fly in. No AC so it got stuffy in the unit. Lamp in bedroom didn’t work. The website photos show 2 couches in the living room but there was only one. Needs more comfy seating for a group of 6. One small couch is not enough. Also, some units are pet friendly. People next to us had 2 dogs. They were very loud. I guess it’s a risk you take.
