We are the local contact for this beautiful large 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Skyland. Access to private beach, 10 mins to casinos/skiing, hiking/biking trails across street. 3 levels, 2 outside decks, patio & fenced yard. Living room, wet bar, TV/Media room with sectional sofa, open plan kitchen, laundry room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There’s a games room, with fireplace, TV, shuffle board, pool table & poker table. Hottub, Weber BBQ grill, & bocce ball. WiFi. Whether it’s snowing or sunny, there’s something to do.

Other things to note :-
Please note, Skyland Escape is situated in a prestigious, quiet neighborhood, where there are lots of long-term renters too. So, we ask our guests to please be respectful of our neighbors, who have full time jobs, and aren’t on vacation, and to keep noise and music to a minimum. This is a quiet, family/friends getaway. It is NOT a party house, so if it’s a party you’re looking to have, this is NOT the place for you.
- this is a “NO SMOKING/VAPING” house - There will be $250 charge if any evidence of smoke / cigarette butts are found in the unit.
- “NO PETS”
- “NO EVENTS OR PARTIES”
- Only # of guests the permit allows, to spend the night (6 maximum, including children)
- “QUIET HOURS” between 9pm and 8am
- only 3 vehicles permitted to park in driveway
Please keep ALL screen doors closed when doors are open, as we do have lots of critters, insects, bats and bears that will come in if you leave the screens open. Please note, if we have to get someone in to remove critters or bats, there may be a fee.
If using the BBQ grill, please wipe down and clean off after use. There is a $50 additional cleaning fee if grill is left dirty. The BBQ is plumbed directly to the gas line (therefore no propane tank). Please make sure to switch gas line off when done BBQing.
Please display beach parking permits on your vehicles if you choose to drive down to the private homeowners beach and make sure you have the passes on you in case of inspection. . When departing the house, please make sure to leave passes/permits back on counter. Any lost passes/permits will incur a $100 replacement fee.
Do not park on the street in winter as snow removal equipment could damage your car or have your car towed. There is space for 3 vehicles (which includes a boat if you are bring one) in driveway. (No garage access)
We supply a “start-up” kit of necessities, such as toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, etc, there is Safeway 10 minutes away for you to purchase more for your stay.
Due to the crazy nature of our world right now, we strongly suggest that whenever you take a trip you purchase a travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances beyond one's control (fire, weather, illnesses, etc…). VRBO does offer travel insurance.
