Across the street from pickle ball courts, dog park (bring the pup!) and Sleder's, the oldest Restaurant & Saloon in the state of Michigan. A short trip to wineries, the Dunes, and UpNorth's best! Style, comfort, convenience!

The Space:
This condo is 1,000 square feet in size.
Light and open- concept floor plan joins the living space (with pull-out sleeper sofa.)
The spacious kitchen has an extended granite counter for dine-in seating.
Please Note: The Keurig was replaced with a drip coffee maker.
Bedroom One- Master - Queen Bed, writing desk and TV/monitor and adjoining bathroom
Bedroom Two - Queen bed, with large closet.
2 Bathrooms, one with a bathtub, both with showers.
Full capacity washer and dryer in unit.
Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

There is 1 parking space per unit.

This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.
Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Pets must be secured on the premises or on a leash at all times.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
