This 2nd tier lake view home and guests house will charm you time and time again. The home is perfect for small families, gathering retreats or romantic get-a-ways for couples. This home is in a great family oriented community with manicured yards, shade trees and circle drive road for walking and enjoying nature. Grab your spot on the porch swing early, sit back, relax and enjoy. You’ll certainly be taken by everything this home and guest house have to offer any vacationing guest.
This home comes packed with everything a lake vacationer would need. The living room has extra comfortable furnishings (with a sofa sleeper), side chair and Dish network TV. The kitchen comes with dining for four and expands to six with no problems. Directly behind the living room and kitchen are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Off the common hallway is the darling shower bathroom. And both bedrooms share access to the a breezeway room perfect for suitcase storage and any extra water toys.
Guest also have access to a detached guest house that is perfect for entertaining. The family room is set up with a sofa, bean bags and a large screen TV with DVD player. Movie night is ideal for this spot! Guest will enjoy the high top bar for 4, a wet sink, microwave and second refrigerator. The guest house has a third bedroom with a queen size bed, laundry area with a stackable water and dryer plus a small but quite functional shower bath.
This landscaped property is a true paradise for all lake vacationers. Guests have access to plenty of open parking and will truly enjoy the level yard and large oak trees. This wonderful property offers spectacular views of the forest from the main home and guest house and wide open lake views from the dock of Cartwright Spring Bay and the main channel of the Osage Arm. Both the main house and guest house have access to the large sun deck, concrete patios and grassy yard with a fire pit for hot dogs and smores. Water and boat lovers will enjoy your private covered dock (short walk from the main house to the lakefront). The 20ft deep water is calm enough for securing other boats or tri-toon on the side of the dock without any issues. Fishing is ideal for crappie and catfish in this part of the Lake. Owner is adding water toys in 2020 - currently 2 kayaks that rents for $40 with 3 hour usage. Inquire with owner upon arrival.
