Welcome to this typical San Franciscan home 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park and Geary Blvd, with many int restaurants & shops in walking distance. Close to 3 bus lines & 3 museums, 1 mile to Ocean Beach. FREE garage parking! Compact cars are preferred.
Enter on level 1, walk upstairs. An extra bedroom with a twin bed behind the garage is yours for $75/night. Room is great for a teen. Has TV, fridge, microwave & toaster/oven.
You are also welcome to use the upright piano in the dining room area.
The space
Hard-wood floors throughout the upstairs and downstairs entryway. Clean, light-filled space on a very quiet residential block with friendly neighbors. Use of washer/dryer available, located in the garage. The kitchen has the usual appliances: automatic electric coffee maker, French press coffee maker, microwave.
There are 2 upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam, so plush and comfy. The second bedroom has recently purchased comfortable leather queen sofa bed that is very comfortable. 4 guest maximum. There are televisions in both bedrooms with premium cable available for your enjoyment.
There is an extra bedroom on the ground floor in the back of the house with a separate lock on the door, available for an extra fee.
If you do not book this room, you will possibly share the entryway, garage and backyard with 1 downstairs guest.
There is no barrier between the downstairs and upstairs units because it is my personal home. All 3 bedrooms in the house have locks from the inside for safety. If you are concerned about sharing space, please request the downstairs bedroom and you will then have the entire house to yourselves.
Guests are welcome to use the backyard as well as the washer and dryer before 9pm. The backyard space is accessed through the garage, all the way in the back through a door on the right. There is patio furniture. Smoking is not permitted in the backyard area or anywhere in the home.
This is a bright yet private space. Very quiet in a high end residential area. Close to Golden Gate Park, Geary Blvd restaurants, shops & the beach.
Small dogs under 20 lbs. are acceptable with a $25 per day added fee.
NOTE: Parking is in the garage.There is also free street parking. A sign is posted indicating when you cannot park on the street—I believe it is the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, from 8-10 a.m. but please check signs. The cost of a parking ticket is about $79 or more so please beware!

This home has a small private yet park-like yard with mature trees to provide shade. Patio seating includes a table, 2 chairs, a love seat and ottoman. 4 guest maximum.

Street parking is limited but there is an indoor garage with an electronic door for your convenience. 4 guests maximum.
There is another unit in the in the lower part of the house that is available for $75 extra per night. Perfect for a teenager or pre-teen. Has tv, microwave and refrigerator. Occasionally there might be a guest, or the owner of the property staying in the private room downstairs.
There is a locked gated entrance for added security.
There is a wooded yard with table & chairs, and cushioned patio furniture. Both units share the yard.
Small dogs under 20 lbs. are allowed with approval, and a $25 per day additional fee.
There will be a fee of $50 for any lost or missing keys
