The Sandcastle is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a lovely, secluded backyard for relaxing and enjoying those warm summer days.
Recently remodeled, the Sandcastle has all the comforts of home with an envious location at Windansea Beach and within walking distance to The Village of La Jolla or to the several restaurants, bars and bakeries right there at Windansea.
The Sandcastle has a recently remodeled kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher, 2 door refrigerator and oven. The kitchen has a dining area with seating for 6 and all the kitchen accessories to cook a light summer meal or a Thanksgiving feast.
The living room has a large screen, Smart TV, comfortable sleeper sofa and a sliding door that opens onto the back spacious patio.
The entire cottage has brand new flooring throughout, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, new paint and very comfy furniture.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a King size bed, Smart TV and lots of closet space.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and closet space.
The bathroom has a brand new walk in shower, vanity and tile work.
The home features a large, private fenced in backyard with BBQ and conversation piece with seating for 4.
As an added bonus there is parking for 2-3 cars on the property.
With just a 2.5 block walk to the steps leading down to the famous Windansea Beach, this home is perfect for families, this relaxing retreat in only a short distance to La Jolla Shores, Sea World and UCSD.
Enjoy the many fabulous restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance from the Sandcastle.

Pets may be allowed if the pet has been approved by Management and a nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. Fee will be added to reservation total before confirming. Pet Fee: $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet).
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks and outside areas.
The home is not equipped with A/C, however it does have ceiling fans in each room.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced. Strictly no parties of any kind allowed at this property.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
Pet Fee: $40/Night - for longer stays, please inquire about flat rates.
