Welcome to our newly built home, nestled in a safe and gated community, blocks away from Hwy 1604, minutes from Hwy 410, 8 miles away from Lackland AFB, 9 miles away from Sea World, 19 miles away from San Antonio, Airport.
Our home is spaciously stocked, with all of your basic needs, to include all kitchen appliances, amenities and essentials. The 2 1/2 bathrooms have bidet, the coolest Bluetooth lighting. The bathrooms are kept stocked with all of your basic toiletries, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, etc. All 3 bedrooms include a 55-inch HD Smart Samsung TV, with remotes, remote controlled electric platform beds, remote controlled celling fans, and all of the windows have room darkening curtains for better sleep.
"Free reign of the home". For peace of mind, our personal belongings are not kept in the house. During your stay you will have access to everything in the whole house and back yard. We do not dispose of unopened foods, perishables, etc that are left behind, as we pay it forward. Enjoy.
We are always available via phone or text 7 days a week from 9am-10pm, 24/7 for emergencies.
Magnolia Village is a brand-new home in a brand new and gated subdivision minutes away from HWY W. 1604. "Home to many our Vets and active Military." The traffic in the neighborhood is minimal and paced due to the gated entrance. The neighborhood is humble, safe and family oriented. There is a kiddie park a block away. A walking path is in the works and two pavilions are readily available.

No Smoking/Vaping Inside our home due to health issues. There is a smoking section outside in the far backyard for you to enjoy.

No Pets: Due to severe pet allergies.
Security: Please do not open the windows unless it’s an emergency as it will trigger the theft alarm and a visit from the San Antonio Police Department, we simply want to ensure your safety during your stay, maintain a comfortable temperature, and protect the air conditioner from potential damage. Please do not share your keyless code, and always close and lock all doors upon entering and exiting the home.
