A full gourmet kitchen with island, granite counters and dining area for eight adjoins a full patio with plenty of al fresco dining available, gas grill, and firepit off the patio. Formal inside dining and formal living room with hardwood floors is set in between kitchen and master bedroom.
"The Coop" is a 2BR/2BA with queen beds in each, kitchenette and small living area.
"The Oak Tree House" is a 3BR/3BA with full kitchen and bathroom and living room, deck seating off the kitchen and small terrace off one of the bedrooms. The master also has an ADA bathroom and there is a ramp entrance way to the home.
