This magnificent home just across the east end bridge from Louisville’s east side is an amazing place to stay for groups. Nestled on the Indiana banks of the Ohio River, you would never think a place like this existed so close to the city!
Upon entering you are immediately greeted by that cozy, lake life feel. The open floor plan welcomes you to a large living area with a gas fireplace, walk out patio, and eat-in kitchen with seating for the entire group. VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! Everywhere you look you can see the sparkle from the sun kissed Ohio River.
There are many things to enjoy, but the basement is my favorite spot personally. It has the feel of a Miami Beach condo! It’s the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. Complete with comfortable seating, walk out patio with a grill, mini fridge, ice maker, wet bar, television, and linear fireplace. Enjoy a bourbon at the cocktail table with panoramic river views.The 3BR / 3.5BA floor plan features 2 King beds, one double bed, and a bonus jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom.
