Serenely situated in the woods of Nekoosa close to Petenwell Lake, this cozy home is a place for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, golfers, and all lovers of Wisconsin's great outdoors. Find a fantastic public beach on Lake Petenwell only one mile away and Sand Valley Golf Resort two miles away.

Enter this two-level home into the main living space upstairs to find large windows that let in the light and an open layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen has every essential appliance needed, an island breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining table. There are three small decks with seating outside, all with a view of the woods and one with a gas grill for summer barbecues.

At night, you can pile on the sectional sofa in the living room to watch movies or head downstairs to play pool in the billiard room or watch movies in the den. When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of two bedrooms on the main floor, including a primary suite with a soaking tub in its private bathroom. There are two more bedrooms downstairs on the lower level.
