The gate in the large privacy fence opens to a stone paver landscaped patio which gets plenty of mid day sun.
Upon entering the home you will find a cozy comfortable living room featuring a thermostatically controlled gas fireplace and a 42 inch flat panel 'smart' television. Or if you prefer to bring along your favorite music, listen on the Bose Wave sound system (CD's) or Bluetooth sound bar. On your right will be the office/den with a desk and a queen size sofa bed if additional sleeping arrangements are needed. This room can become private simply by closing the pocket doors.
The well equipped kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave and gas stove. To the right of the bay windowed dining area is the full size washer and dryer and entrance to the second bath and second queen sized bedroom.

Ocean Avenue in Carmel is less than a mile away and within five miles of the home is the Lodge at Pebble Beach, the Monterey Wharf, Cannery Row and the Monterey Aquarium, and the Crossroads and Del Monte Shopping Centers. Add a few more miles heading south and you can enjoy many photo opportunities of Big Sur along the way.
