Surrounded by lush greenery, this home offers comfort, style, and desirable amenities to make sure everyone has a great stay. Walk to parks and recreation, 2 blocks to restaurants and bars. Just mins from downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill for great dining and shopping. Take a short hike to the Washington Mountains, or explore the water and nature of Lake Washington!
Feel perfectly at home with this 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom fantastic remote work getaway with everything for those who come to Seattle to work or unwind.
The downstairs has an open-concept cozy living area where you can relax by the fireplace. Our custom kitchen and dining area are beautifully designed with stainless appliances and ample storage and are fully equipped to prepare homemade meals.
We have 4 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a sleeper sofa and a workspace, and the office (4th bedroom) has a trundle day bed with 2 single beds and a Peloton exercise bike.
Check out our basement entertainment area where you can relax on a comfy couch and watch your favorite movie on the 65" big flat-screen TV. Listen to your favorite music through the Sonos surround sound system throughout the house, as well as from the record player and portable Sonos speakers in the dining area.
Outside, the furnished decks offer plenty of comfortable seating to hang out and grill for an outdoor BBQ. And don't forget to take a quick dip in the hot tub on the bottom-level deck! There are also card/board games as well as park games (cornhole, ladderball, bocce, etc) included.
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, 1 driveway, and ample street parking are all provided during your stay!

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets.
