This is a 2BR/1.5BA 2nd floor Old Town Scottsdale condo in a quiet complex with a heated in-ground pool, hot tub and assigned parking spot. The Master BR has a king bed, Roku smart TV and opens onto the balcony. The 2nd BR has a queen bed. The full bath is not en-suite, so it’s easily shared by guests. The living room is large and has an open layout with the dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. All new hard floors with vinyl tiling. There is a nice set of LG washer/dryers in the unit.
Please do not bring pets. They must be pre-approved by the HOA, so I’m unable to allow them. The HOA does regular inspections and will notify me of any unapproved pets on the property.
