Positive: I could not have asked for nicer ppl, we had our dogs & normally they do not allow pets but our dogs are small, quiet & trained so we were allowed to keep them with us. We were very well cared for thru out our stay.

Negative: The maids were in our room w/o us present but they did their jobs well...
