The house is located in the quiet town of Montgomery Creek close to Burney Falls, Pit River, Hat Creek, Lassen Volcanic National Park and many more beautiful areas for you to enjoy. There are 2 more homes on the property, one of those we live ourselves, so we are always available in case something is needed. There are apple orchards, a vineyard, wooded areas, meadows and many hiking trails on our 200-acre property. We bought the property in 2018 and are working on bringing back the beautiful old orchards and vineyard that were planted long ago. The Vista house has 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, gas wall heater and wood burning stove. There is outdoor seating and a barbecue on the patio that overlooks a meadow with a pond, orchard and several mountain ranges. The living room has a dining table that seats 8, couch and chairs, DVD’s and games. We have a separate building with a fully equipped gym, pool table, darts and ping pong available for you. The house is also available for longer stays. We have a 220-volt, 50 amp charging station available for $15 per charge.
