3 Bedroom Cabin in Centerville, London
You will enter into a large open-air living room/kitchen combo with a large rock fireplace and rustic architecture. Our home has 3 private bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed and one suite bath with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in tub to facilitate handicap needs. The kitchen has all kitchen appliances and amenities as well as a grill for outdoor cooking. We also have a formal dining room and lots of outdoor seating for dining and enjoying the views. The back side of the house has floor to ceiling windows for optimal viewing and allowing natural light in. We also have a theatre room with an 80" OLED 4K TV and two additional smart TVs for your enjoyment. Also, two couches, two single beds, two Murphy Beds, and two toddler bed setups. Two fire pits for cozy comfort or roasting marshmallows. A quick drive down the driveway will take you to a local “secret” Lake Dardanelle fishing spot. This is our primary home, and we stay in the garage apartment while guests are in the residence. You may see us working the property and tending to the animals, but when booking the entire home, you will have it all to yourself. We made the decision to open our home to meet and welcome people and share our little private escape from the busy city life.
Our property is very large. You will have no issues parking RV’s if you are on a stop through, trucks with boats and trailers, and a number of vehicles. Fishing tournament participants are welcone.
Guests will have full private access to home, including master, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, and media room. Main patios off the back of the house will be private as well as the fire pits. The pavilion facing the lake is not included in the Airbnb booking.
Other things to note;
There are several farm animals that stay in their fencing. We have two cats. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with cats, and we will do our best to keep them inside. Small to medium pets are allowed maximum two ($50 per pet). Proof of current imunization and pet fee must be provided upon arrival. Because we are in the woods and there are a variety of wild animals. We recommend close supervision of your pet. If you have children who would like an introduction to the fenced pets, please let us know. Your door code will be available on the check-in date via text.
