NOTE: There is no lifeguard on site and there is no safety pool fence around pool. There are three exterior access doors equipped with door breach alarms connected to the house alarm that will chime every time the doors are opened (back patio door & master bedroom slider). Guests have read and understand that their children(s) safety is their priority and they are responsible for proper adult supervision. There is no diving allowed into the pool or spa. This pool is only 5-6 feet in depth and diving is extremely dangerous and could lead to serious injury or death.
