It features a custom built in queen bed, kitchenette with glass backsplash, full bathroom with pebble stone floor and hard wood floors throughout. There is a lovely shared private back yard with an outside shower to wash the sand away from a day at the beach.
We are close enough to walk to the beach and all that downtown has to offer, but far enough away that when you are here you have peace and quiet.
It has the perfect beach feel for the perfect beach getaway. It also has an HD flat screen tv with dvd and wiifi.
The home owner's live in the front house. This studio is perfect for 2 people, so whether you are in town for business, a wedding, your kids are having their first baby, a volleyball tournament or you just want to get away to the coast for a bit, our private studio is the place to land.
Tenants must be dog friendly as we have a dog on the property.
We provide coolers, chairs, towels and umbrellas for your beach enjoyment. You can also rent bikes from us for half the price of the downtown bike shops.
