A 15 minute drive will take you down to Santa Barbara where you can enjoy beaches, shopping and dining. A 30 minute drive the other direction takes you to the world famous wine region, boasting some of the best wines in the country. Either way you can't lose. Enjoy the stars at night and view of city lights from this spacious home above the clouds.
The guesthouse is located above secondary garages not attached to the main house. The only way to access the unit is by a stairway, as seen in pictures.
We are on 16 acres that borders the National forest - no direct neighbors, so it’s a peaceful spot.
