Brand spanking new 1 bedroom 1 bath 1000 sq ft single level guest house which is a separate property from the main house, offering privacy and a quiet living space. You have 3 large picture windows with a view of the ocean on a clear day and awesome sunsets just about every night to enjoy from your own private covered deck. The open layout is modern and efficient, with a breakfast bar and separate dining for 4. The flooring is vinyl wood look which makes it easy to clean, ceiling fan (with remote) and modern art deco lighting. There is a mini split to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer months.
The bedroom boasts a king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and 10 ft closet. There is additional storage above the closet and an ceiling fan to keep the air flowing.
The bathroom has a wonderful large black tile walk in shower with glass doors. Nice vanity with plenty of storage.
Step outside to take in the view on your own private covered deck, complete with another dining table patio chairs to sip your coffee in the morning.
