Welcome to the quiet, calmer waters of Lake of the Ozarks near Camdenton, Mo. This is a great family vacation spot located in the Cedar Heights Condominiums. Whether your time is spent boating, fishing, swimming, golfing or visiting nearby attractions, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Cedar Heights condo is ideally located off of HWY 54 on the 13 mm of the Big Niangua and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We are easy to find, no long & winding lake roads to this property.
This unit is a ground floor unit. It has direct access to a pool, and boat docks which makes it very convenient for your vacation.
The complex has 3 large swimming pools for your pleasure. Boat rental and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. There are many beautiful and challenging golf courses close, as well as dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. There are grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton (which is only five minutes away or Osage Beach which is 15 minutes away). We are on a much calmer part of the lake away from the big loud boats, and brutal waves. Perfect for skiing, tubing, and fishing.
Our vacation home has all the amenities you will need to make your stay convenient and relaxing.
Kitchen: The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, with granite counter tops, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans, etc).
Dining Area: The dining room has a large table which can accommodate 6 people easily.
Living room: The living room boasts a loveseat and couch which has a queen sleeper. The electric fireplace will take the chill off of cool mornings, creating a great place to start or finish your day. The large screen TV has free Wi-Fi and cable. Take it all in from the oversized deck that spans the width of the condo and is accessible from the living room and master suite.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, dresser, walk-in closet, private bathroom with double vanities, and separate access to screened in deck overlooking the pool and fantastic view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, armoire, and a pocket door convenient for creating a private entrance to the adjoining bathroom with a shower tub combo. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, dresser and is perfect for young adults or children.
Outdoor Living: There is a private deck w/ ceiling fans, seating area & outdoor dining area along with a grill to make a delicious meal.
Boat Slip: Sorry, but we do not have a boat slip to accomodate you.
Area Attractions: Haha Tonka State Park (which is across the water) features great hiking opportunities, walking trail back to the spring, and lots of chances to view wildlife Only .5 miles away are two Championship Golf courses; Lake Valley Golf Course and Old Kinderhook.
Shopping: In Ozark Beach, 15 minutes away, is the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace Mall with over 60 stores to browse and find just what you’re looking for. There are also antique stores, vintage stores, and used clothing/items stores plus more.
Family Fun: Just 10-15 minutes away is a water park, miniature golf, go karts, play grounds and other off the water fun options for all ages.
