Guest Access:
You’ll have the house and backyard all to yourself. $50 for early check in, only available if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out. House secured with an exterior Ring camera in the front.

The pool is serviced twice a week. Unfortunately, these appointments are not able to be changed. The pool vacuum is left in the pool. When they take it out of the pool, damage can occur with the vacuum and equipment. Best to just swim around it.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
We have hosted thousands of guests across 8 states, with an average rating of 4.6 stars.
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. Ring camera does record motion.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
HOUSE RULES
"Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
All Pets must be approved ($500 for any unauthorized pet per night).
We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking. MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
No smoking is allowed in or around any property. $750 fine if home smells of smoke or if there are ashes found on the premises.
No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. $250 per person over the reservation total per night. No unauthorized visitors.
11:00 pm Quiet Hour (outside included)
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250 per unauthorized guest. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $750 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee/per night of unauthorized pet.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Outdoor Ring cameras, quiet hours apply to outside as well. No Outdoor Speakers! NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $250 per unauthorized guest each night.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
