Doors from the comfortable living room lead out to a porch with couch seating, a table fire pit, and a BBQ grill for your enjoyment.
This beautiful new build features a spacious master suite with ensuite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk in shower. The additional bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a twin bunk room – perfect for your littler travelers! Lastly is the separated mother-in-law area located inside the home that's equipped with its own full kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom - ideal for multiple families traveling together!
In renting this home you'll also have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart!
You have access to the entire home, including the golf cart and the Windmark Beach community pool!
Things to know:
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-Every guest is required to sign and abide by the guidelines outlined in our golf cart waiver. Per our Golf Cart Agreement, you are solely liable for the golf cart during your stay. If we find any damage you will not only be charged for the total cost of the incurred damages, but also for the cost of a golf cart rental during the length of time the original golf cart is being repaired.
-If the golf cart key is lost, stolen, or damaged a $180 fee will apply.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home.
