Very quiet during the week. Three bedroom two bath updated house that can comfortably sleep 9 with largest bedroom a kids bunk room that sleeps 5 and additional pull outs in living room to sleep 3-6 more. Updated, reconfigured kitchen with new appliances and new flooring throughout are recent additions. The South Silver Lake Rd house is on a quiet and highest section of the lake. Fantastic views of the lake along with amenities to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Big Silver is a crystal clear 350 acre spring fed lake that has abundant northern, large mouth bass and panfish. Pier easily accommodates two fishing boats or pontoon boats with a landing close by. Comes with all bedding, towels, two sea kayaks, two standup paddle boards, life vests and a swim to raft off the pier. High speed unlimited WiFi along with a smart TV included, bring your cable subscription. The garage has an extra refrigerator and deck has a large gas grill and a large Weber grill. Pontoon boat available for rent. We have also recently installed a PWC lift that is available.
