THIS IS FOR THE GUEST HOUSE CASITA ONLY. NOT THE MAIN HOME. Best SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL on the market. Feels secluded but all amenities are within walking distance. Shopping, dining, entertainment. Very cute 2 Bedroom(or one bedroom and sunroom) with one bath Casita located on beautiful horse property. Fully furnished with high end, vintage and antique appointments. Fully appointed kitchen with oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, large bedroom with good closet space, sitting/sunroom with large closet and futon, large livingroom and bonus office/climate controlled tack room. The Casita has a small, private, fenced yard with dog door. 1 small dog is ok with approval from owner. Also an outdoor sitting area right off the bedroom with a small fire pit in the enclosed yard. This is the perfect place for you to rest with your horses. Miles of riding trials along the canal right out the back gate. Close to the queen Creek Equestrian center, Welcome Home Ranch and Horseshoe Park. Quick trailer ride to the SanTan Mountain Trails, and many other riding trails within 20-45 min. Rental price includes Cable (HBO, Showtime, Movie Channel, Premium Movie Channels and NFL Sunday Ticket), internet, plenty of parking for your horse trailer, or RV, climate controlled, private storage area/tack room. 30X15 stalls(dirt floor stalls, no shavings are offered. We will not strip the stall for you if you choose to use shavings. Please strip it every few days and before you leave, grass paddocks, full use of the HUGE roping sized arena, casita cleaning once per month(for monthly rentals) and more. Tenant even has own private gate to come and go. The casita is super cute with very high end furnishing and art. We take one traveler at a time. Great place to spend the winter. Provide own hay/feed or Bermuda can be provided one flake twice per day. NOW BOOKING. Stall fee is $30 per horse per day. $175 per week. $400 per month. (two stalls) Current Coggins and Health Record required per horse. If stall fee, coggins and health record are not recieved within one week of reservation thereservation will be cancelled and all refund policies will be upheld. We respectfully ask that you don't bring children onto the property. Horses are large animals and can be dangerous around children if they get into the enclosures. Dogs must be leashed on property.
