Enjoy the 144 sq ft covered balcony w/ country views and 48in high railings and gate. Great for 4 adults (2 couples) or a family up to 6 (if more children, please ask). Fully refreshed recently with all new finishes, furniture, appliances, and more. On the ground level enjoy a second covered patio.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Both our house and the outbuilding are on an acre of property. Guests stay in the upstairs loft of the outbuilding and have private access and an area fenced off from the rest of the yard. We're working to finish the yard and landscaping, so expect that to be in process.
