About this space
Relax with the family or a couple of friends at this peaceful place. Although it's very quiet here, there's also so much to do in the general area. You'll be 5mins from Westgate entertainments, Tanger Outlits, and the Cardinals Football Stadium. You'll be about 15minutes from downtown PHX. And do not forget to take advantage of being 10mins from the Spring Training fields. This is the perfect area to keep you busy, but it’s also nice to have a quiet place to rest and relax after such a busy day.
The space
Are you looking for a quiet vacation spot that's close to all of the fun? Well, you just hit the jackpot! It's a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood that's perfect for all work schedules and lifestyle. If you're up for it, there's an EOS gym within waking distance. Along with Walmart there are many other grocery stores within 5miles. Right next to the Cardinals Football Stadium is lots of indoor and outdoor entertainment, awesome dine in restaurants and many have takeout options. Oh, and we can not forget about the night life at Westgate and you're only about 15mins away from the Desert Diamond Casino. After all of the fun, you can't forget to take advantage of this relaxing, and peaceful place.
Guest access
There are 2 ways to access these condos, 89th ave or 91st ave. The uncovered parking is safe and free. Parking in a covered parking space at any time for any reason can result in being towed. You’re also welcome to park on the street, on 89th Ave if needed.
Sharing is caring so please enjoy yourself in the space provided. This includes the bedrooms, nightstands in master bedrm and closets in the 2nd bedrm, bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, and patio area. My favorite is the grill on the patio so please check it out. It's easy to use and easy to clean if needed. We want you to feel welcome to our experience, so if you should have any questions please feel free to reach out to me at anytime.
Other things to note
You are welcome to all "condiments" in the frig and there is plenty of space in the kitchen cabinets. There is a dishwasher that works great, so please use it properly (NO food in the dishwasher or in the sink please). The washer and dryer are inside of my unit and you are welcome to use them. There are additional towels above the washer that you may use. Please do not remove any items from my home as there will be fees attached to them. ThankYou for your kindness
