The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen, a wet bar, a dining area, and a spacious living room with large glass balcony doors offering mesmerizing Gulf views. The kitchen comes fully furnished with cooking utensils, appliances, pots, pans, and place settings for 12. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the bar. The large living space includes ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and balcony access. For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.
