Our single story 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium unit is within Sunrise Villas which is located in the desirable southern section of Palm Springs. The unit is only 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs; 2 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport; and adjacent to the Mesquite Golf and Country Club and Deep Well Estates. The condominium complex is a short walk to Smoke Tree Shopping Center and near all that Palm Springs has to offer, including restaurants, fashionable shopping, casinos, hotels, golf courses, grocery stores, spas, design tours, horseback riding, hiking and more. Sunrise Villas is a low density and quiet community with 3 tennis courts, 8 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis, and surrounded by spacious manicured green lawns, lush landscaping, palm trees, orange trees, grapefruit trees and lemon trees which are all maintained by a full time staff. The condo is located in the interior of the complex away from street noise and traffic. They don’t design them like this anymore! 1400 sq ft. in size = exceptionally spacious! A bright and airy oasis with large bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room create spacious and private living. No neighbors upstairs and lush green grass everywhere you look. The condo is fully furnished with all the essentials for a relaxed and comfortable seasonal escape. It has been enjoyed by our family for 3 generations. Over the years, we’ve rented the condo to numerous Snowbirds who enjoy the warm winter climate of Palm Springs. We try to maintain the condo’s mid-century charm with modern conveniences and some luxuries. The bright and cheery kitchen greets you every morning. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, juicer, blender and all the plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils to make you feel right at home. The kitchen opens to a large dining room with a table and chairs that comfortably seats six. The huge living room has a vaulted ceiling, a 55" HD flat-screen TV, stereo and DVD player. Peach-colored cushions on blond rattan furniture (sofa and love-seat) welcome you to sit down and relax. Plush throws and blankets are provided for your comfort as well. The living room opens to the rear patio, spacious lawn and pool. The rear patio has a patio table with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs with new plush cushions, easy access to the pool, and incredible mountain views. The master bedroom has a California king bed with luxury linens, flat screen TV and its own private access to the rear patio.. The master bathroom has two sinks, large mirrors, a walk-in shower and an oversized walk in-closet. The nicely separated guest bedroom sleeps 2 people and includes a large closet, dresser, 2 night stands, lamps and a large window. The guest bathroom is centrally located and includes a bath tub and shower. Our condo is perfect for Snowbirds seeking a dry and warm winter climate, quiet, fun, some exercising and relaxation. Closets and storage space are all for your exclusive use. We provide a yoga mat and foam roller for stretching and easing muscles. Also included is a folding card table and 4 chairs, plus the cards and chips as many a card game has been enjoyed here. The condo includes a private laundry room is included with full size washer and dryer, wifi, basic cable, gas barbeque, central air-conditioning, local telephone service, nice linens and fluffy towels. There is garage parking for one vehicle with remote control access and ample street parking.
