Welcome to Our Happy Place! A newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beaches, shopping, Hertz Arena, PGD and RSW. This home features 2 large open living rooms, a heated screened in pool, a dining space and an office space. Our family friendly home has everything you need for the perfect getaway, come take a splash in beautiful Southwest Florida!
You will enjoy the open layout of this home and the beautiful finishes that we have added.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need - dishware suitable for both adults and children, drinking glasses, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, crockpot, hand mixer and a Keurig coffee machine as well as a drip-pot. You will enjoy the quartz countertops and the soft close cabinets and drawers. There is a dining room table with seating for four and bar seating for four, there is also an outdoor dining table with seating for six. For safety purposes, there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit supplied.
The first living room located in the front of the home is tastefully decorated with pops of yellow. Both of the sofas fold out into beds. The second living room is located just past the kitchen and features a large sectional, where you can sleep more guests. It is equipped with a large flat screen streaming TV.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, an office space for any work needs and two large closets. The master bathroom is connected and has a jack and jill vanity with a large walk-in shower. The pool can be directly accessed through the sliding doors.
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and just across the hall is the third bedroom and second bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, both single sized mattresses. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and connects directly to the pool area.
The outdoor space features the screened in heated pool, outdoor dining and seating areas and a BBQ grill. Outside of the screened in lanai is the she-shed.
The garage does only have access from within the home currently. The garage is where you can find the washer and dryer.
There is a security camera/recording device on the outside of the front door.
