This is a very large one bedroom 980 ft.², new kitchen appliances with granite countertops. Awesome views of ocean and river. I husband and I bought it because we fell in love with the views it’s just magnificent being there. Very close to Publix supermarket and Walgreens, also restaurants in the area. You will need a car for the restaurants or call for delivery service. You can walk to Publix and Walgreens, across the street are tennis courts and a golf course.
