Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining. Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!
About the Space
Welcome to our "just remodeled" and incredibly modern 3 bedroom 2 bath house located just 5 minutes from the beach. This remodeled home is an ideal family rental in the massively popular Ocean Beach. Sliding doors open to both the front and back decks creating the ideal indoor-outdoor floor plan. Enjoy open concept living, with indoor/outdoor space for lounging and dining, 3 parking spaces (one in garage and two in driveway, and plenty of street parking), laundry, games, and tons of amenities. The backyard is ready for all your summer and winter fun, featuring a jacuzzi, covered patio, turf game area, outdoor kitchen, and more!

Living Room:
You'll love the spacious, open, and stunning living area with designer finishes. Challenge your friends or family to a game of pool, watch the game on the large screen TV, sit at the kitchen countertop barstools with a San Diego craft beer, or take an afternoon nap on the couch. We have a dining table, kitchen barstools, and a large couch to provide ample seating for your entire party. The kitchen is also open to the living room so if you're cooking, you can still get in on all the action.
The Kitchen:
Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a large island, stainless steel fridge with an ice-maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a large sink with a garbage disposal.
The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. We have plenty of dishes, plates and lots of tableware to accommodate large groups. There are also basic spices for all your cooking needs.
Just off the kitchen are the barstools on the kitchen island with seating for 4, as well as a large dining table with seating for up to 5, with additional seating in the living room, and large outdoor space. The large TV can also be seen while cooking!
Outdoor Spaces:
The inside of this house is gorgeous, but it's San Diego, so we had to go all out with the outdoor space. You'll love the new jacuzzi, covered patio area, outdoor kitchen, turf with outdoor games, market lighting, and spaces to lounge and hang out. The outdoor space is great for pups, too!
Location:
We're located 13 minutes from the zoo, 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops and dining in Liberty Station, and 12 minutes from downtown (Padres Baseball, shopping, dining, bars). We are extremely close to the majority of the San Diego hot spots!

Pet Policy:
We do allow well-behaved pets, just please inform us ahead of time! We do have a $59 fee for pets as our cleaning price does go up. We have guests that are allergic to animals so additional cleaning is required. We are happy to be able to welcome your furry family members to the home!

This is a NON-SMOKING home. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! This home is equipped with A/C.
This home sits on a corner lot which makes the home very private, and is fully fenced. We do ask that you please respect your surrounding neighbors.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken.
Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
