The Space:
The Nibley Park Retreat house is all one one level, it has two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle under the bed. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and a laundry room just outside the back door. There is a Television that can be used to stream your favorite company, eg, Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. There is also an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels. The internet network is already connected. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful Nibley Park Retreat that has almost everything you might need to make yourself feel at home.
The home has a front and back yard, and the back yard has garden furniture and a fire pit. There is free parking on the driveway, on the North (Right) side of the house with enough room to park two cars in tandem. Please do not let any part of the vehicle stick out beyond the wood fence or the neighbor could accidentally hit your vehicles. You can also park on the street out front. We are also 8 miles (15 min.) from downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Palace. and within 30 minutes from Salt Lakes International Airport. Millcreek has a lot of beauty, charm, and character.
