I have a recently updated, home that's in a spectacular, private, gated neighborhood in University City called University Hills. It's very safe, and has sidewalks, as well as a fenced in backyard. Our house is walking distance to both Clayton and the Delmar Loop. There are so many restaurants and parks walking distance, and Washington University and Forest Park are also very close. It's a perfect location and convenient to everything! (You can now rent out the main house or the basement apartment.) The basement apartment has a separate entrance and I will be staying in whichever one is not rented out. This listing is for the MAIN HOUSE.
