It is fully stocked for your weekend beach getaway or as a calm work from home space. This unit does have a window AC Unit but it is not central AC. We are located at 1955 Cable Street Ocean Beach, CA 92107.
Parking Information- There is one parking space available to be reserved at a rate of $15/day or $75/week. Please contact Haley on the App to arrange this. Otherwise, there is street parking around the unit.
*Please note: This private unit does share an adjoining wall with another one of our beach studios, similar to a hotel room. You will have your own private entrance and private space for the duration of the stay.
