Welcome to our sanctuary with spectacular lake views. Spend a weekend on the lake, enjoy the huge patio and courtyard with friends, work in the middle of idyllic surroundings and make day trips to the wonders of Northern California that were just a little too far from the SF bay area. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area inside and outside, central AC to keep you comfortable in any weather, high speed Internet, a 2 car garage, NEMA 14-50 for EV charging.
Our house is on a large 0.3 acre lot with a 2 car garage and space for parking outside as well. It sits atop a hill in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with spectacular views of Clearlake and Mt Konocti.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and a desk / chair for work, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed and a rollaway. There's also a queen futon floor mattress if you need one. The living room has plenty of seating and a smart TV with HBO Max. You can also use your own Netflix / Disney+ subscription etc on this setup. Our kitchen is fully equipped to cook elaborate meals if you are so inclined, and you can choose from sitting around the island, in the dining area nearby or at the patio table outside. There's also a sink and kitchen counter in the backyard.
