Summary:
Central San Diego duplex home w/ 2 units, front & back. Units are completely separate w/out shared space or entrances. This vacation rental is the back unit. The BACK unit is very sunny, has fenced yard w/ fruit trees, uncovered and covered patio outdoor living area between bedroom & the detached kitchen. We also have a lovely hot-tub/jacuzzi for you to enjoy in the private backyard. Parking is in the street, always plenty!
The Space:
Basic Kitchen: large refridgerator/freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, utensils, dishes, some cookware. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Quiet, private, beautiful birds visit. Fenced backyard. Please cleanup after your dog, thank you.
Guest Access:
Code to enter the back unit gate will be given at check-in. An additional code will be given to access the unit.
The Neighborhood:
One of the best locations in San Diego. The neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. Quick and easy access to freeways, 8, 15, 52, all connecting to 163, 805. Get almost anywhere in 10-15 minutes. Close to COMICON, Qualcomm, SDSU, USD, trolley, bus lines, Petco Park, Balboa Park, and Convention Center. Kaiser Hospital is 1/2 block down the street, should there be an emergency or if you work there.
In walking distance: lots of restaurants, Starbucks, drive thru Cuppa Cuppa gourmet coffee, Grocery outlet, Von's grocery, lots of restaurants, both ethnic and fast food, Cupcakes by YOLA, UPS/Mailboxes, Petco, Jamba Juice, both ethnic and fast food like great pizza, Mexican, Thai, and Steak, Starbucks, De Mi gourmet cafe (homemade chocolate and apricot croissants!)

Owner lives in front unit, but you won't be interacting with her or seeing her. Completely separate entrances.
