This unit is perfect for folks coming to our area for racing, outdoor activities (hiking, biking, fishing, boating), traveling nurses/doctors, real estate relocation, etc. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, 2 TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Cable TV, washer/dryer. We have a gated parking lot with an elevator, pool, hot tub, gym, fitness center, & clubhouse! You'll love it!
This well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 1BR unit, each with its own private bath. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse.

A gate code will be provided upon check-in day. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry, and the code will be sent on the day of arrival.
During your stay, guests will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center.
This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the compound. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules.

We have the Tri-Cities Airport located close by and they have rental cars available. We have Uber & Lyft available and limited bus transportation Downtown.
If you are driving your own car the city is very easy to navigate and traffic is light to moderate depending on time of day. We are also closely located to the Interstate & Highway 421.
Access to the hot tub and pool is seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family-friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guests in the complex and no loud noise after 10 p.m.
Several excellent restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc are located very close to the complex.
PLEASE NOTE - we have a 3-night minimum for Race events.
