We are a moderate to long term property (min 30-day stay). Our three year old Diamond Ridge Cottage is everything you need to make yourself at home with six guests in cozy beds (two more in common areas if you like!) You'll especially love Redding with spring blossoming everywhere and snow- capped mountains still in the distance!
An interior with warm grays and red accents give a "lodge" feel, hinting of our beautiful Northern California outdoors! Check out the deck on these warming days. Watch for crisp, fiery red sunrises, coffee in hand, if you dare to be up early enough!
This property caters to guests with allergies and sensitivities to animal and smoke exposure, therefore it is an ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS VENUE (sorry but we are serious about this), with three lovely bedrooms, two baths, upper deck and lower patio for privacy, just minutes to Redding and Shasta's amazing outdoor scenes and activities! One exit north of Bethel Church Redding and two exits to convenient shopping!
Bring friends, family or team members and enjoy the quiet neighborhood with park just around the corner, or jog down Constitution Way towards the river. Fully stocked kitchen to give those who are cooking that extra creative boost! Sit at the counter on barstools and visit with the cook, or order in from one of Redding's great restaurants!
