This beautiful four bedroom, three bath home is part of the relaxed and safe parkside neighborhood, by small park and conveniently located near the community center and big parks. This home is clean and in very good condition. All recent appliances and new furnishings added.
We think the pool area is the best part as it's fun for the kids in the day and tranquil for the adults at night while watching the sunset over the saguaro cactus right out beyond the view fence.The fabulous backyard is like having your own private resort... leaving you very little reason to leave the property. Large long covered patio with built in bar and retractable awning is great place to relax under, while others Swim, Soak in the Spa, BBQ or read a book next to the Pool with the sounds of a waterfall soothing your day away. There is even an outdoor fireplace for those cooler nights. The home only has one neighbor bordering the house and a small park next door. Community walking path goes behind the home and connects for walking all through the community.
The home is completely furnished with modern furnishings. Home has wireless internet and a printer. Three of the bedrooms have their own closets as well as dressers, the master has a king bed, two other have a queen size bed, another has a full over twin bunk, bonus has a full with pull out trundle. The bedroom downstairs was an office and now a main floor bedroom so no closet (the hall closet is right outside the door a few steps), does have big dresser and nice queen bed. The large bonus or game room has the second TV area and it also can be a sleeping room as it has captain full bed with trundle. The home is kid friendly, we have two booster chairs that strap on seats, pack n play, and a exercise saucer for babies, various games/toys- yet nice for all your entertaining as well. It has security system with door alarms that beep when doors open as well as the screen doors lock but I do want to mention pool area is NOT fenced so it is not ideal for those with kids who can not swim.

The Del Webb Community of Anthem has been voted the #1 planned community in all of America. You come to Phoenix because of MLB and Spring Training, NBA and College Basketball, or maybe a College or NFL Football game. Cardinals stadium 30 min drive. You can Golf at more that 25 golf courses that are within 30 minutes or take 15 minutes and drive to Lake Pleasant. We are just off of I-17 you can take a short drive to Sedona (50 min), Prescott, Flagstaff( 90 mins) or the Grand Canyon. Shopping at the Outlet Mall is just 5 minutes away or go to Scottsdale( 30 mins) for some of the finest shopping in the Country. Anthem is just enough off of the beaten path to be quiet, quaint and relaxing yet close enough to everything you could ever want in Phoenix. There is something here for everyone! Airport is easy straight drive just 35 min south of Anthem.
