Summary: Rooms are extremely low quality. Main door of both rooms not fully seated to the frame large gaps at the bottom where cold air rushed in. My room bathroom vanity detached from wall. Hac unit needs repair or upgrade. Roaches spotted in the room. Static TV rotted door frame to the bathroom in my mothers room. Half painted walls. It needs to be completely renovated and fumigation.
