Sunny 3 Bedroom home near everything Monterey has to offer! Conveniently located in a sunny and peaceful neighborhood 5-10 minutes to beaches, Laguna Seca, the Wharf, downtown Monterey; close to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Pebble Beach. Cozy and comfortable with wood floors, a patio (with propane heater!) for dining, and a wood burning stove for relaxing by the fire after a day of adventure. Great for friends and families! Spend your nights cozy by the fire after a long day of exploring all that Monterey has to offer. Enjoy the warmth of the sunshine in the backyard. Pick some blueberries off the bush or lemons from the tree and utilize the fully-stocked kitchen to whip up something tasty. Make yourself at home!
In addition to a huge, sunny patio and back yard, this home offers a master bedroom with a queen bed and full master bath. There are two other bedrooms- one with a double bed, another with a double and a twin sized bed. There's another full bath, spacious kitchen, WiFi, smart TVs , and laundry. Our home is kid friendly m, but unfortunately no longer pet friendly. There is plenty of room to run around the fenced backyard and toys available! Please let us know if you need a pack 'n' play set up for a baby or a high chair seat attachment- we can accommodate!
